At Proactive Healthcare, we are committed to your wellness and satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return most unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely and is accounted for.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
